Incinerators on every floor, most apartments are still in their original blueprint, laundry on every floor. Across from downstate hospital, and around the corner from kings county, many choices of food and two train stops 3-5 mins from each other.
Cons:
Maintenance do not clean the building everyday or at least 3-4 times a week. Neighbors throw their trash anywhere, you can't get ahold of the president of the Coop nor the landlord or the sponsors. The issue is they have separated the renters from shareholders and there's no super for the renters. The current super tells you, many things are not his job, and cuts off the phone at 4:00p and let's you know that he does not work on weekends so don't bother to contact him, Major heat issue, never on at nights especially in weather below 55°.
Advice to owner:
Make sure the heat is functioning the correct way before you all will end up with many many lawsuits. Get a superintendent that so work and actually knows what he's suppse to do. Stop separating the tenants so that all tenants are able to get issues in their home corrected. The current president on the board needs to step up and do her additional job. No need to ignore and tell people that you have a job, you decided to take on the position.
