Towards the end of my lease had a big issues with mice. Caught 3 in one night, manager was not proactive and I had to continue to contact them when their maintenance man did not resolve the issue. The neighbors also were very hard to live with. Was verbally assaulted. Would knock on your door if you were vacuuming during their nap time on Sunday. It resulted in some severe ptsd
Advice to owner:
