    could be great if it was cleaned up a bit

    Pros:
    neighbors are great- friendly and not noisy
    Cons:
    it's a little run-down overall.
    my individual apartment was renovated with really cheap materials and often needs repairs. things are new but not at all nice
    stairwell/lobby are not well maintained at all, there are roaches and trash
    Advice to owner:
    take better care of the lobby and invest in higher quality renovation
