    Desperate and so many regrets
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The only pros I can think of is the the layout and the the closeted and full sized fridge

    Quiet neighbors
    Friendly neighborhood
    Cons:
    EVERYTHING ELSE!

    Water pressure
    Roaches
    Mice
    Breezy windows
    No heat in winter
    Pipes clog every month
    Lack of warm water
    Super isn’t a proper handyman and doesn’t do decent apartment repairs
    Advice to owner:
    Upkeep your building
    Listen to your tenants complaints
    Get a proper repairman
