    No Heat/ Roaches/ Sewer access in living room for basement

    Pros:
    Relatively cheap rent.
    Cons:
    Roaches. Ice cold during weather. Walls are thin. The neighbor upstairs sounds like a elephant walking throughout all hours of the day and NIGHT (because of the thin floors). Sewer was hidden in living room till it backed up and we found out.
    Advice to owner:
    Spend money and fix the dang place.
