    A nice apartment with some ups and downs

    Pros:
    Nice updated building, clean, quiet area, outdoor spaces are great, good neighbors.
    Cons:
    Landlord isn’t very responsive. If you mark something as high priority in the system, you’ll get a response in 2-3 days. Other than that, expect no response.
    Advice to owner:
    Respond to your tenants within 24 hours, and answer the phone for emergencies.
