Scary loud mean neighbors fighting all the time, a true nightmare

Great location, fine building

Pros:
Laundry machines nearly always open. No issues with mice/rats, very rarely a few roaches. Close to park, train, food. Autonomous environment, not overly social.
Cons:
Water will randomly be shut off for hours without warning, I assume to address plumbing issues, it’s an old building. Lots of street noise if your apartment is street facing.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work.
