Management not good

Pros:
Quiet and good location
Cons:
Maintenance is always an issue. We had flooding almost ten times in 4 years and it was like pulling teeth to get them to respond. Sometimes the heat or hot water would go out and the only way we could get response was to call 311.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive with maintenance needs.

decent apartment, some strange neighbors

Pros:
- some units have partial renovations
- some units have in-unit laundry (but combo machine)
- close to 2/5 and B/Q
Cons:
- some neighbors caused a lot of noise and had some concerning habits
- heat didn't work for much of winter, and management was unresponsive
- management also didn't pay the electric bills for the communal areas for a while, and tenants kept receiving notifications about potential light shut-offs from ConEd
- some units got too expensive
- not close to many grocery stores

- be more responsive to tenants
