The building itself is pretty nice, the bodega downstairs isn’t much of a bodega (might be a front for something but I respect that). Pretty clean renovation, good starter spot.
Cons:
Property owners really take their time in responding to requests, and for some reason have refused to take on National Grid payments even though I haven’t lived there in nearly two years. NG sent a debt collector after me as a result.
Advice to owner:
Try to be more responsive, especially over email.
