    stay away do not rent

    Pros:
    good location near park
    Cons:
    forced out by landlord bc he was illegally renovating the apartment next door and offered us a new lease without the living room which he planned to take out and use for a new renovated unit next door. Illegally warehouses apartments.
    Advice to owner:
    take a hike buddy
