    Nice, Well-kept Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super quiet small apartment building that has a ton of light, tenant can control their own heating, and had a responsive landlord.
    Cons:
    The kitchen appliances are dated but they work. If anything breaks then the landlord is responsive towards fixing the appliance.
