Wouldn’t recommend living here
Pros
Fairly good price, decent washer and driers
Cons
Terrible neighbors, awful landlord, pests, loss of hot water at least a few times per month, mail constantly stolen, always people smoking in the stairwell

Not worth it
Pros
It’s a beautiful street lined with trees, near the subway and many local shops and food spots and the apartment was spacious. The super and porter are truly so kind and do the best they can!
Cons
There is a huge pest issue that they do not manage well. The trash in the hallway does not help the issue. Major plumbing issues that cause leakages and management does nothing about it. The management does not pick up calls or respond to emails. They treat the porter and super just as badly as they treat the tenants.
