    Dangerous Landlord AVOID
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Pest free, roof access, non-railroad, good light, subways, park.
    Cons:
    Landlord verbally assaulted and threatened to physically assault me. Accessed apparently uninvited, damaged property in an attempt to scare me so I would leave. Highly traumatic experience, detestable human. AVOID at all costs.
    Advice to owner:
    You broke the law, verbally assaulted me and caused me trauma. I hope karma finds you.
