    Pros:
    renovated apartment unit (stainless steel appliances, laundry in unit, electric stove, and full size fridge)
    no pet fees
    Cons:
    stairway is unkept and unclean (full of dust)
    building management was unsupportive and gave no ample notice to a 6 hour water shut off
    front entrance door to building can get stuck
