The units are quite large, between 3-4 bedrooms, and include appliances like in-unit laundry and dishwashers. Tasteful changes were made to the units that have been renovated (and, of course, de-stabilized), including ceramic hexagonal tile in the bathrooms and globe light fixtures in every room, while maintaining some of the original built-in cabinetry to retain a graceful sense of its age.
Cons:
The building is very old; in the past year, tenants have experienced mice and roach infestations; ceiling leaks; broken floorboards; broken appliances; inconsistent access to hot water. Mold was found in the walls of my apartment, and lead was found in the walls of my neighbors, where a three-year-old lives, and it took management weeks to send professional crews to rectify these issues.
Tenants who live in the units who have not been renovated and are still rent-stabilized experience worse conditions, and are basically ignored by the management company, InDev. InDev took over management of the building in January 2023. They bully tenants who make complaints, are slow to make repairs and often send inexperienced persons, and raise the rent exponentially each year; in the three years I've lived here, my rent has increased by about 40%.

Disgusting Garden Appartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great Location, close to the park.
Cons:
The garden apartment had an insurmountable moisture and mold problem, unmitigated by even an industrial dehumidifier. Many belongings were ruined.
