-Super is a bit awkward -They underplay/violate rules of 421a rent stabilization

Great clean new building

Pros

I was the first tenant of my apartment and it was very clean and new and really didn’t have any new-building problems.

You can hear everything, particularly the stairwell echoing with people’s footsteps and voices.
