    Great location! New Owner was intense and kicked me out to renovate.

    Pros:
    It's a beautiful block and I loved being near the train and the park.
    Cons:
    It's a loud street, buses and traffic back up and there's a lot of traffic. Flatbush Ave. can also be a sensory overload but it's also a great vibe.
    Advice to owner:
    It's a new property owner since I lived there, so I can't say much.
