Cons:
You can hear the unit below you sneeze/it leaks every time it rains in the hallway and trickles down every floor/owner will try and charge you for damages they inflicted during construction when you leave/ the owner allows a film crew to take over the building and film in vacant apartments without notice or consent/zero insulation/ no professional cleaning before new tenant moves in/serious odor problem due to lack of circulation/ awful drainage in shower/ no accountability/ super lives across the street but is too busy managing other buildings to respond to most queries unless/ when they installed the washing machine they left all of the construction debris in the apartments and didn’t even measure the unit correctly so the machine didn’t fit
Advice to owner:
Conduct business with integrity and accountability. Everything about this building and management is unreasonable. Everyone needs to know that your establishment cuts every possible corner, and takes advantage of renters.
