Pros:
The super is great and responsive on all small repairs. The layout of the apartment is really great and on a quiet street
Cons:
Reoccurring plumbing problems that were finally fixed. Had large repair issue that took too long to get fixed

Some nice units, close to the park, fast internet
Cons:
extreme roach problem and NO help from management
Advice to owner:
make sure your exterminators are coming... they aren't
