    Building is overall okay

    Pros:
    not too noisy and rent stabilized which is nice,
    Cons:
    There is very little recycling and the garage back area was often a mess. Packages are nearly always stolen.

    Cons:
    Buildings could have been cleaner, super could have been more responsive to issues, noise/loud music is an issue
