    Bedbugs!!! We had bedbugs four times in two years here!

    Pros:
    Great location right by the park- very spacious units for a good deal.
    Cons:
    THE LANDLORD WILL NOT FINANCE EFFECTIVE BED BUG TREATEMENT!! They tried to not pay for the treatment at all, and then succumbed to paying someone to do a bare minimum job which only kept the bugs away for six months. We had bedbugs four times here in TWO YEARS.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being cheap! I am fully traumatized by the time I lived here! The management has no regard for our mental health and living conditions. Please, please do better.
