    You Get What You Pay For I Guess...

    Rent stabilized
    Super close to the park and the train
    Mostly families in the building
    Neighborhood has lots of amenities (Target, Laundry, Grocery, Restaurants etc)
    Cons:
    Mold
    Roaches
    Mice

    Often roaches in a big building- but monthly pest control always available
