The rooftop pool (but you do have to pay extra for it)

Cons

Management, crime, complete lack of responsiveness, crime (again), elevators always busted, not responding to maintenance requests.

Advice to the owners

You charge too much for all the problems of the building.

Pros

Nice gym, good walking distance to work.

Cons

Overpriced, borderline dangerous area (someone was allegedly stabbed in the lobby), roaches in apartment (no help from management). For the same money, can find a better place in DT BK or in the city.
