- management is responsive - neighbors are pretty nice for the most part

- Lots of leaks - People loiter in the lobby CONSTANTLY and it’s so annoying - Package thiefs - Sometimes the elevator just doesn’t work

Great potential but poor execution

Pros:
Rent stabilized, most tenants are kind and respectful, good super.
Cons:
Housing program tenants tend to loiter, smoke, and drink in lobby and stairwells. Package room is not secure, sound travels through the lobby and garbage courtyard. many apts infested with mice and roaches!
