    Cheap Skate phony

    Pros:
    It’s a small building

    Don’t see landlord that often
    Cons:
    -Small space
    -No elevator
    -Cheap landlord
    -takes forever to fix things
    -Land lord pretends he’s interested in fixing things
    -Pops up at your door without calling first
    -blames tenants for having rodents
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being cheap. Stop doing half ass work. Call before you stop by.
