    My 228 Experience
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great location just a block from the train and the food is amazing nearby.
    Cons:
    My only issue here was the responsiveness of the brownstone management. Example: Water damage in the stair way for years and are only fixing now while moving out.
    Advice to owner:
    BE MORE COMMUNICATIVE!
