    Pros:
    - friendly and helpful super & doorman
    - very clean common areas
    - nice area with lots of trees
    Cons:
    - walls may as well be made of paper
    - some floors can be noisy, especially floors 4&5
    - owner is dodgy

    Pros:
    Apartments are decently sized and renovated, GREAT building staff (they are the best part).
    Cons:
    Paper thin walls/floors/ceiling, hearing my neighbors walk and talk, watch TV etc. Were never able to fully get rid of roaches.
