-Rent was fair for when I lived there(2013-2015) -super was nice and responsive but he disappeared towards the end of our time there -neighbors were fine (mostly families and a few singles and couples)
Cons:
- landlord refused to return deposit when we moved for unclear reasons and stopped returning our calls! - groups of men would often hang out right outside the building late at night drinking and broken glass bottles would be found all over the sidewalk the day after - had bedbugs once, not sure how we got them. It was a nightmare to wash and clean everything!
Advice to owner:
Respond to your tenants and return safety deposits!!
