    Do not live here if you hate roaches

    Pros:
    It is not too far from Flatbush Ave, Target and the 2/5 trains.
    Cons:
    The walls are very thin so you can hear just about anything your neighbor is doing.

    The worst issue is there are bugs everywhere. There are flies all over the laundry room and worst of all multiple apartments in the building have roaches. Property manager will respond to your outreach within a decent time frame but is slow and reluctant to actually do much of anything about the bug issue. The entire building needs to be treated and it has yet to be done. 
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the roach issue. It’s disgusting.
