Elevator Laundry room Close to Park 5 minute walk to train
Cons:
Pest issue Weird smells Packages get stolen sometimes
Advice to owner:
Please update locks to get into the apartment building Repaint the walls in the highway, fresh paint comes a long way

Cons:
Infestation of roaches, packages get stilled, lazy maintenance
Advice to owner:
Get a better live in super and gut out this whole building, it’s infested with bugs!!!
