Please update locks to get into the apartment building Repaint the walls in the highway, fresh paint comes a long way

Infestation of roaches, packages get stilled, lazy maintenance

Get a better live in super and gut out this whole building, it’s infested with bugs!!!

Is this building relatively safe? Also, how is the landlord with repairs?

I think so, everyone is nice to each other and respectful as long as you are the same to them. There is an occasional package thieve but it doesn’t happen too often. Landlord is ok, make sure to do let them do all repairs as soon as you move in. He is responsive at times but you need to keep nagging but he will eventually do it.
