    Nice building, sub par management
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nice super, spacious layouts. Located near to good local markets, stores and good access to Target and Trader Joe’s
    Cons:
    Very poor communication from management company. Mail room was convenient as it was indoors. Very accesible with elevator. A bit of a hike from the trains
    Advice to owner:
    More prompt communication
