Pros:
Building is well kept
Neighbors are receptive to requests to turn down music (walls are thin)
New washing machine and dryer that work very well
Super is awesome, very responsive
Cons:
-Dealt with mice, but the landlord was good about getting someone out there on three separate occasions until the issue was finally resolved.
-You can hear EVERYTHING neighbors are doing. Loud coughing, loud music, vacuuming, etc.
-Prone to mold
-Neighborhood is great overall, but huge issue with trash
-Landlord can take longer than ideal to get back to you via text. Must call.
Advice to owner:
Deposit checks in a timely manner.
