Management always replied to my tickets and phone calls and the super was really kind and attentive as well. The building generally was clean and was working fine.
Cons:
The 7th floor smelled like tank B.O. so if you use the roof all you smell is sweaty armpit. We had a roach problem in the building and had to pay for our own exterminator, but management reimbursed us.
Advice to owner:
Add outlets to the lobby and clean the 7th floor
