    Cons:
    Price, owners do not care, building is old and filthy, rats/roaches, garbage disposal is horrible

    Treat your tenants like humans

    Cons:
    Disgusting dirty place! The landlords don’t care about the building and the super is lazy.
    Advice to owner:
    The building next door complains about the smell of your backyard and cats are using it as a litter box. Do better!
