    Affordable, rent-stabilized, amazing super

    Pros:
    Affordable, rent-stabilized, the super is top notch, the neighborhood is nice, close to train stations B, Q, and went in need 4, 5.
    Cons:
    Neighbors can be loud, there’s always someone hanging out in front of the building, sometimes playing music.

    They clean things right away, garbage never a problem, elevator cleaned, hallways cleaned weekly.
    Cons:
    Super takes forever to fix something
    Mice infested everyone in building most likely have mice or roaches.
