    Terrible building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Nothing at all
    Cons:
    Elevator breaks down constantly.
    Super uses same dirty mop and is rarely on site
    Tenants steal packages
    Apartments had roach and bed bug problem and was hidden.
    People play music loud throughout the night.
    The heater is outdated I spent winters without proper heat
    Advice to owner:
    Renovation across the entire building. And do a full paint job to uplift the building

    It’s nice to be able to walk around ditmas park anytime you want
    Nice bathroom size
    Cons:
    Depressed hallway and lobby
    Advice to owner:
    Use more white than yellow
