    Light Filled Elevator Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    New and pest free. Elevator worked consistently and hallways were cleaned. Door system was easy to use and mail was never missing. Apartment has hardwood floors and tons of light and dishwasher. Sound proofing is amazing.
    Cons:
    Shower does not stay hot, garbage shoots installed in the building are not used so you have to walk your trash down the elevator. The building management company is pretty hands off and we were both given clear instructions when we moved in about how to pick up our keys and set up utilities.
    Advice to owner:
    More clear instructions at move in and building services like trash and pest control
