Upon entry, the lobby of this building is nice.

Cons

It's not a well maintained building. Experienced roaches, its not an updated building, and at one point someone in the building had bedbugs.

Lovely neighbors, great community

Cons

Landlord seems to have abandoned the building, is not paying maintenance staff, garbage piled up for 2 months, ongoing leaks hint at deeper structural problems in the plumbing that are not being addressed, courtyard is infested with rats due to garbage issue. Building is "owned" by "Foster Ocean Realty"; this is actually a subsidiary of SGW properties
