    It is ok.

    Pros:
    Apartment interior is great. Price is good. Location is good.
    Cons:
    Management is unresponsive.
    Advice to owner:
    Help your tenants.

    Convenient neighborood area

    Pros:
    Very close to transportation and Flatbush Avenue. Food areas are always around.
    Cons:
    Maintenance could be a little better. Took a while for renovations. But I believe the building is under new management since I left.
