DO NOT RENT - basement apartment in flood zone - negligent landlord

garden access park proximity nice neighborhood great neighbors

Cons

horrible mentally unstable landlord negligent and violating lease lived below and inside a construction site garden was destroyed by plum tree from june to august took advantage of tenant apartment flooded structural issues dark dank cave like space in a flood zone
