    Pros:
    Apartment was a good size
    Cons:
    • Mice in hallways and apartments
    • Unresponsive Owner
    • Poor water pressure
    • Garbage Pile up
    • Allowed new tenants to move into apartment before I moved out
    • They scheduled apt viewings and asked me to show tenants around
