    Size of apartment. Rent.
    Cons:
    Noise from Ocean Parkway. Combative landlord.
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t be immediately defensive when presented with a problem in the building. Don’t curse at your tenants, or talk about them disparagingly to other tenants. In general: take it down a notch.
