Good if you don't have noisy neighbors.
Pros
Great area, friendly super, most neighbors are friendly.
Cons
If you end up having noisy upstairs neighbors, you're out of luck. There is no sound proofing between the floors. This is a major minus of this building. Water pressure is low.
