    This buildings has a million rats even in the daytime

    No pros avoid
    Cons:
    Roaches, mice, rats. Trash everywhere. Total slumlord
    Advice to owner:
    Take some pride in your building and be a decent human being

    No pros at all.
    Cons:
    Roach problem
    Heat/Hot water didn't work for a month and half even after persistently calling management.
    Very old building
    No one ever cleans anything in the lobby area. Someone spilled alcohol in the lobby weeks ago and it's still there.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire cleaners for the entire building. Fix the rodent problem.
