Renters Beware! RUN

Pros

The windows are large and can allow great sunlight.

Cons

Appliances are used and always breakdown . Had both fridge and oven not work for months (2x each separately) management didn’t care. Once caught no less than 6 mice in a day. Building is roach and mouse infested. They 10000% live in the walls. Building is rarely clean. Flies take over the building. They leave building’s windows open with no screens. Rats outside by the garbage. Super likes to lie to save his skin. He is not great either.

Advice to the owners

Hire better works for your building and better pest control

Worst landlord and super

Pros

It’s a rent stabilized building, it’s the only pros.

Cons

Management is worst, they will talk nice and will never take any responsibility and will never do your job. Repairs are nightmare here. Apartment building is dirty and packages are stolen almost every week. Jimmy has a full time job. He is irresponsible and lazy, not at all cooperative. There is always safety issues in this building, plus since it’s an old building floors are very bad and makes disturbing sound while your walk. Overall this building is a crap. I will never recommend this to a friend. I’ve get rid of this apartment after one year of staying. Renters be aware…. Don’t spend your money here. You will never be happy.

Advice to the owners

You should replace your customer service employees, they are arrogant and irresponsible. Mostly you must replace your super Jimmy, put a full time super on the building. Try to clean the garbages and apartment. Mostly try to make sure your repairs are done timely. Why don’t you care about your tenant’s value of time?
