At the time utilities were included & price was below market for the amount of space. Neighborhood is safe. That was where the benefits end.
Cons:
- no privacy: thin floors & constant nagging by owner who lived on property. Very intrusive into private life - invasion of privacy - infestation of roaches (large American roaches) & mice “exterminations” were done by owner not professionally - not renovated: fixes are done by owner With duct tape

Renovate, exterminate and treat tenants with privacy & respect.
