Thin walls, crumbling infrastructure, graffiti everywhere, cracked tile, uncontrollable pests, unreachable landlord, was called slurs on the street, the entire apartment is sinking toward the middle so much so that I am actually surprised we didn't die in a sink hole. No I am not exaggerating. They told me it was move in ready - turns out it was, for the mice and roaches. Only reason I stayed here as long as I did was that I couldn't afford to move. Now I have finally moved out and I'm paying less for a much better apartment. It's obvious the landlord was slapping duct tape on everything since day one. Never even met the actual landlord, the poor super has to mediate everything. I could go on and on. I have literal nightmares about this place. Plus it's smack in the middle of a hospital, fire station, and multiple elementary schools, so you're always hearing yelling or sirens. Please do not ever rent anywhere near here. It's a scam.

Great location, nice super but the pest control still has room to be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location which is five minutes walk to the subway station, gas station, and a variety of grocery stores. The heat is strong during winter. The super is extremely nice and responsive on any problems. Shout out for her!
Cons:
The exterminator comes once every month in the morning which is bad for those who won't be at home during day time. There are still all kinds of bugs around the house but the exterminator only does the kitchen and the bathroom. I have cleaned the dead body of five cockroaches during the summer. Also, I saw a rat once inside the closet.
The management company is not flexible at all on breaking the least.
Advice to owner:
Please be kind to the tenets especially those who has financial difficulties during the pandemic.
