Things aren’t what they seem

Pros:
First floor property
Cons:
You will always hear screaming/ arguing up stairs and their loud tv !! Landlord looks nice at first.
But in the end she’s a nasty old woman who curses at you and has no consideration of your privacy.
You will never be able to open your 2 available windows in this place because you will want to avoid seeing her near the windows . ( forget about being in your underwear in your own house) No privacy!
It will eventually be a dark cold hell hole!
Don’t even get me started with the holidays/ weekends when you’ll hear non stop running from kids upstairs until 12am or onward. There are no peep holes in your doors but several times there were crack heads breaking into the cars in the drive ways so be careful .
Bring your own heater Bc land lord refuses to change the old Rusty ass heaters that don’t work. You’ll be COLD and you will be paying additional electric for your own personal heater.
People will smile In your face in this neighborhood and talk shit behind your back. They are all weird avoid the drama here
