Great Owner, Poor Heat.
Pros
It looks the house has everything, very amazing landlord, good light (as its a corner building), Spacious rooms Large living rooms. Heat Included Windows in every room ( 2 in living room, 1 in kitchen, 1 in bathroom, 1 each in 2 rooms and 2 in Masterbed) Electronic lock with intercom to let couriers inside.
Cons
Poor Heating system No common amenities No access to rooftop No bicycle parking No washer/drier in the building Since Covid, rent has decreased in Nyc making this place a little expensive in comparison
Advice to the owners
Rooftop amenities and a few other basic addition required to update this building.
