Nice building run by even nicer people
Pros
Well-maintained and the responsiveness by the owners was quite good. There were rarely issues, but if there ever was, they were always quick to communicate and resolve it. The location of the building is good, it’s not too far from Manhattan, and gives a nice feel if you like to get away from some of the noise of the city.
Cons
For the most part pets aren’t allowed. While location is good, if you want to get a little higher up in Manhattan it can push a little more than an hour to do so.
